STORAGE / MEMORY REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
The position will be responsible for existing and ‘net new’ Storage / Memory Customers, developing a solid understanding of the customers’ Storage / Memory application and market position. Understanding product desires, communicating the customers’ present and future design challenges, presenting business proposals as well as value proposition and total solutions for the responsible market segment. This role combines business development and selling professional services. The right person will enjoy working with diverse people, problem solving, and constant challenges.

Qualifications
A minimum of 5-7 years' sales experience
Working knowledge of Storage / Memory market / industry / ecosystem
Technical knowledge and/or Bachelor's degree (Engineering is preferred)
Excellent oral and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Must be extremely flexible due to the changing priority of project initiatives
Effective negotiation skills
Must have great attention to detail in planning and documentation
Self-motivated, client-focused and possess the ability to work well under pressure
Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills
Ability to travel, work independently and/or with sales people
Job Description
Strong business development skills ability to seek out and develop new customer opportunities
Provide prompt support for opportunities or issues by the sales force, FAE’s and manufacturer’s rep teams
Escalate and manage complex issues requiring factory engineering support to applicable supplier
Develop a detailed and steadily increasing knowledge of relevant products
Create supplier related business plans to meet annual sales budgets including business analysis, competitive
landscape, challenges and obstacles
Plan, coordinate and present regular business reviews for key accounts with management teams
Present training and mentoring to internal staff
Attend industry functions and provide feedback and information on market and trends
Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will lead to an increase in sales
Meet quarterly business goals
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for performing the tactical sales activities of the business, servicing requirements for parts; responding to inquiries; opening new accounts; expediting orders; developing business relationships with new and existing customers; and coordination with other Sales department personnel to perform joint activities and projects. Work with the field sales team and supplier partners to generate sales growth and enhance gross profit. In addition, proactive call outs to find new customers for WPGA.

Basic Qualifications
1 to 3 years sales experience with a proven record of growth in a business-to-business environment
Ability to build influential relationships with customers, suppliers and co-workers
Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
Effective negotiation skills
PC proficiency in the MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors’ degree and/or certification
Bilingual - Spanish
Experience with CRM tools and account profiling a plus
Job Description
Work closely with the managing tactical sales operation process – order entry new account set ups, servicing customer
requests and expediting orders
Interacts internally with various departments – product, warehouse, field sales and management
Uses basic knowledge of product line cards matching product offerings/solutions to customer needs business analysis,
competitive landscape, ROI measurement, challenges and obstacles
Coordinate quoting, booking and tracking business to other geographic regions
Responsible for maximizing billings, net revenue and gross profit
Prioritize customers and opportunities with greatest potential for success
